Andres is a seasoned marketing communications strategist and global leadership scholar with more than two decades of experience developing marketing, branding, communications, and public relations strategies. With a career spanning more than 25 years, his work has focused on the development of initiatives to generate market engagement, corporate communications, business development, and lead generation solutions for a diverse set of industries—including the Hospitality, Higher Education, and Power Generation industries.

Professionally, Andres is the Founder of AETHER Marketing Communications and CEO at Gravitas Intelligence—an organizational leadership consultancy working with organizations, teams, and individuals to find ways to understand their strengths and become more effective in their organizational collaboration. In 2021, he founded the Center for Global Alchemy and Cross-Cultural Leadership, a thinktank dedicated to helping professionals develop their global leadership skills and promote intercultural awareness in organizations.

Currently, Andres is a Ph.D. student at Troy University working on his dissertation as the final requirement for his doctorate studies in Global Leadership. His areas of research include Transformational and Servant Leadership with a focus on cultural intelligence, emotional intelligence, and ethical decision-making. He holds an MBA with a concentration in Sustainable Business from Marylhurst University, and a Bachelor’s in Marketing from the University of Central Florida. Additionally, Andres is also a Certified Everything DiSC™ personality assessment practitioner by Wiley Education.

Andres’ leadership experience includes leading creative and analytical teams through transformational leadership throughout his career in marketing communications. This experience is complemented with volunteer leadership roles to include serving as District Governor for Rotary in Central Florida, Founding President of the Rotary Club of International Drive in Orlando, and Past President of the American Marketing Association of Central Florida. Andres is also an Adjunct Professor of International Management at Valencia College in Orlando.

Married to Veronica, Andres enjoys traveling the world, enjoying exotic cuisine, and uncorking a bottle of red wine during a meal—an experience he calls a “vacation in a glass.” He is fluent in English and Spanish, with conversational knowledge of Portuguese and Italian, and loves to meet people from different cultures from a around the globe.
