Andres Goyanes is a marketing communications strategist and global leadership scholar based in Orlando, Florida. His marketing work focuses on the development of B2B marketing strategies for industrial companies, including engineering, construction, development companies, and manufacturers. The areas of expertise include marketing strategy, brand development, and visual communication engagement.
Additionally, Andres actively consults in the field of organizational leadership and global management, helping organizations engage opportunity in international business. This work is complemented by a role as Adjunct Professor at Valencia College in Orlando, Florida, where he facilitates 4000-level courses in International Management and Customer Relations for the Bachelor of Applied Science in Business and Organizational Leadership (BASBOL).
As founder and Chief Alchemist at AETHER Marketing Communication, Andres works with diverse organizations across a wide range of industries providing marketing, public relations, and corporate communications support services. In a career spanning more than two decades, he has developed a strong reputation as a strategic thought leader and solutions-oriented senior marketing executive.
Currently, Andres is a Ph.D. student in the Global Leadership program at Troy University, with a focus in Organizational Leadership. His research covers a range of topics from emotional and cultural intelligence and cross-cultural skills development, to corporate social responsibility (CSR) and the multiple dimensions of modern theories of leadership—including Transformational, Authentic, and Servant Leadership.
Andres has also been an active member of the Central Florida business community since 1999, serving as Past President of the American Marketing Association of Orlando (2008-2009), Founding President of the Rotary Club of International Drive in Orlando (2011-2013), and Past District Governor for Rotary District 6980 in Central Florida. Andres is also the Director of the Rotary Leadership Institute in the same district.
Through his global background and experience, supported by business-level bilingual skills in English and Spanish, and conversational knowledge of Portuguese and Italian, Andres embodies the spirit of a global citizen. As an avid world traveler, he has traveled throughout North and South America, the Caribbean, and Europe—forging a strong global mindset and cross-cultural leadership profile.
